You can transfer the ticket to another person by providing their name and email address. A fee of €5 applies for the transfer. Yes, the pool is open when the weather conditions are good and you can go swimming or just cool off. Please only go swimming if you feel comfortable doing so. Guests who are under the influence of alcohol will not be admitted to the swimming and bathing area. Please understand that the diving tower pool will be closed for safety reasons.
No, drinks and food are available on site for fair prices. Our food trucks will take care of your culinary well-being and there will be a variety of vegan food options.
Our awareness team is committed to an emancipated party where everyone can feel comfortable. Anyone who has a negative experience can turn to the team. They will help affected people with talks, support or in taking concrete actions.
The ticket purchased entitles the holder to one admission to the event grounds. Re-entry after leaving the event area is not possible.
There is a limited number of full self-service lockers available for sale via our ticketshop to secure your private belongings. The access to lockers can be purchased via our ticket shop in the extras section. Once bought, you will receive your locker access code a few days before the event. All lockers have a power supply (usbA/C). Please also note, that there are different locker sizes to choose from. If you haven’t rented a locker please be responsible and leave your valuables at home.
